El despertar ( un aumento de consciencia).Awakening (an increase of consciousness)

El despertar ( un aumento de consciencia)
Awakening (an increase of consciousness).Awakening (eine Steigerung des Bewusstseins )

Awakening (an increase of consciousness)

My way of knowing was typical, formal, but gradually I accompanied my own experience and I began to trust the results without waiting copy the experiences of others.
When I entered the yoga did the experimental way, reading, discarding the esoteric (at least I do not trust it), performing the exercises, looking for the essence of the discipline, being my biggest concern was that she came from a very ancient knowledge and superior to Western accordingly.
The act of observing the possibilities of body control, with yogis was exciting to know that discipline invitation.

Body awareness
My background as an engineer, with special inclination to automatic leads me to look at the human as a whole as an example to emulate. Few we realize that we do not own the body we possess in the strict sense.
We can not change the body temperature and heart rate, or decrease metabolism. The system is automatic and works independent of our active consciousness. If we look from outside our bodies we realize we occupy something that is alien to our consciousness, our mental determinations.
An engine room working alone, with a gateway, but it is always closed.
My conclusion is that yoga and meditation are the key to open the door and gain control of these parameters. That will not only power but which unites us with the body, we feel more one, not divided, not shared.
Breathing is the tool to achieve rapprochement. It is a semi-automatic system. Sleep is automatic, even consciously, but if we take control of the function.
Hindus say we aspire air, but this is the vehicle more importantly, the Prana. a mystical connection with the cosmos, with nature attracting vital energy networks there. However, that is esoteric as I said, but if one sees the effects could be argued that this is real ...

Meditation
Meditating cost me my mind generating thoughts that interrupted the process, random thoughts flying as I closed my eyes. That struggle, that they show yoga as real, leads to finally achieve calm. That plunge into a void, without concepts, without definitions.
The meditative state of consciousness is low mental frequency, which would be more or less like saying, asleep and unaware of it permanently.
Changes came in different ways. Calm, order, the sequence of events, preventing bunching processes. Increased creativity. In the process, I remember reaching conceive projects in novel ways. Notably things appear or be generated in a nap or while just walking.
The most unique is the observation of nature. If I see a tree with a gentle breeze, I do not see the same tree as before, has now been added randomness, the perception of the movement of the leaves, and the general perception of the whole movement of leaves suggesting randomness, eternity, or perception of the profound nature. This occurs with the light, the shadows, the perception of the intensity changes, which become again randomness or surprise involving the set of sensations, visual, auditory, in time.
Another change is the perception of life, it is impossible for me to kill a small animal, even a cockroach or insect. I used to have a similar perception but certain animals considered them harmful. Now I find it difficult to kill, I prefer out.
There is also an increase of personality in the sense of independence, self-sufficiency, which is very good in the therapeutic sense for many people.
Meditation is the third vital state. One is the conscious, the other unconscious in sleep and meditation the third state.

Meditate like a tree
In my efforts to achieve the goal of meditation, I found that standing I could concentrate better, as well holding their breath, or decreasing the respiratory rate.
I researching found Zhan Zhuang technique, which involves meditation as a tree, according to the Chinese. It is a branch of the discipline called Tai Chi. It allows meditate while positions with bended legs and arms are made in a certain position.
Being permanently with this effort, physical pain, causes a high concentration is achieved, while the semi-flexed position involves positive physiological processes for the body.
So, first he came experimentation and then checking when I verified that the technique exists.
5 Zhan Zhuang positions are performed in a time such that it should reach an hour in total. Deputy links about it.
The slowness, the power of statism.
Somehow this confirms that the pursuit of pleasure or significance in actions imposed by a system of consumption, are only ephemeral, involve compromising the planet, to your  biological system, while the full existence, calm, dense, is very close to oneself, it requires almost no movements.
The magic is in any tree in the direct contemplation of nature without waiting for it in an exotic location. Moreover perceptions of landscapes are unimportant if they have a sense of inner search. That it can be done in your own city, without scrolling.
Is exaggerated sense of displacement in technological means. Is more powerful contemplation statically.
